Mitchell School is seeking one community member to fill an open vacancy on the district budget committee. The appointee will serve a three-year term ending in 2027.
The budget committee is an advisory group, as established by Oregon Statute, to make recommendations to the board regarding the annual operating budget.
The first Budget Committee Meeting will be at 5pm on Wednesday, May 21, 2025.
Applicant Qualifications
Candidates for the budget committee must:
Be a registered voter and resident of Mitchell School District
Not be employed by the district
The board will appoint a candidate to the committee at the February 19th board meeting.
